Mass. National Guard Celebrates
U.S. Army's 240th Birthday

HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. - The Massachusetts National Guard celebrated the U.S. Army's 240th Birthday, on June 14, 2015, at Joint Force Headquarters.

 

Col. Francis Magurn, land component commander, Massachusetts National Guard and Command Sgt. Maj. Carlos Ramos Rivera, state command sergeant major, were in attendance as they watched Master Sgt. Timothy Hanke and Sgt. Jacquelyn Gould cut a cake during a celebration at the Massachusetts National Guard's Joint Force Headquarters in honor of the U.S. Army's 240th birthday, here, June 14, 2015.

 

Approximately 150 Soldiers and Airmen were present.
